By using this service, we do guarantee the uptime and healthiness of our services, but a lot of details depend on users. To make it clear, please consult the terms listed below.

Risktronics is responsible for facilitating the creation and maintenance of the system itself while this is not and will never be a financial institution itself and does not yield under the incidence of any financial regulation in any particular jurisdiction.

The entire responsibility for the integrity and smooth running of the Risktronics based circles belongs solely to their founders and fellow members.

As facilitator and host, Risktronics can not be held responsible for the partial or total default of its users activity inside or outside “circles”.

All the possible mitigation is carried inside the circles by the founder and members through the means provided by Risktronics and not limited to the information provided by us.

Money transfers between users rely on external services (like PayPal).

Risktronics does not process payments by itself and does not ask for any hidden transfer fees. The only fee payable to Risktronics is the circle creation fee, representing 1% of the defined turnover. Risktronics will never access your money accounts simply because we do not store information except the one you provide in the profile.
